Simple but goooooooooood!

1 Sweet and 2 baking potatoes. Drizzled with EVOO, oregano, garlic, onion, butter and salt and pepper.

Yep the last pic was a keeper. Looked just like a calf being born sorta. Made my tummy sorta queasy. It was looking good up till that point.
