Alright so the burger buns came out great but I didn't grill any burgers.
The buns for the brats came out but not as good as I expected. They were big enough to allow for dressing room for onions, saurkraut and so on but they weren't as light as I would've liked. I suspect the yeast was the problem.
The New England hot dog buns seemed a bit too dense but were edible. I don't know how I didn't get a picture of them.
Onions on the grill to simmer in butter and beer
