Brats

Bought these for the game yesterday, but I never got around to cooking them. So they turned into tonights dinner. Grilled them up with pepper and onions and did some hot dogs for the little one.




Here's wings I did last night with the Wolfe Rub Bold. They were better than I thought, pretty dang spicy too!! Skin turns out nice and crispy too!

No Nick they were grill all the way. I had an ear ache when I got home yesterday and just wanted to get them cooked and didn't feel like doing the whole to do! Next time though.

I usually buy the store brand brats, but the Johnsonvilles were on sale so I go them this time. They're well worth the extra money, damn good!
