I grilled up some burgers today. I was really impressed on how well this skillet worked not as the kette or gasser but still a hell of a lot better than a regular frying pan.
Larry the rub was very good. Both of them were great just out of the jar. The bold was great with burgers I cannot wait to try it with some brisket and pork. I was really impressed with there regular. I think that is going to be great with ribs and chicken.
