Sure does looks good. Do you do anything special with the Risotto?

No, not really. I've done saffron risotto, asparagus risotto and even a shrimp risotto in the past. But for this, I wanted simple flavors: Salt + pepper for the steak, butter and garlic for the lobster, and parmesan for the risotto.

Sounds good! Simple is usually my favorite.
