Beer Can Chicken

I've heard a lot about it, so I thought I'd finally try it.

Rubbed with WRC, fueled with Labatt's Blue Light

2 hr. later

WHY did I wait so long?

2 HRS! Wow. As long as it was juicy and tasty, whatever it takes. Beer can chicken is one of my favorite ways to do it. Try drinking the beer and filling the can with water, cinnamon and clove. Or bourbon. Sky's the limit with beer can chicken. Great looking bird!

I stopped doing rotisserie chicken and just do beer can now. Less mess and tastes even better in my opinion!

Your chicken looks beautiful! Nice job!

That Bird sure looks GREAT!
Next time you try beer can chicken, try using a dark beer, you will get much more flavour from the beer
All we use Blue Light for is boiling shrimp
Cheers
