My spin on a Philly cheese steak. Seasoned some unmarinated carne asada meat with some salt, pepper, and granulated garlic then put in a ziplock bag and added some Worcestershire sauce and put in the fridge for a couple of hours.

First cooked up some Mexican onions, some potatoes and started to saute some onions.

Added some cactus to the grill and aded some sweet peppers to the onions that got a head start.

Cooking the meat. The coals were so hot and the meat cut so thin that as soon as I got the meat on it was time to flip.
