Beef Shoulder Tender?

Hey Nick, must be true about great minds thinking alike.

Shoulder Tender? Looks like a muscle, probably tough; what the hell give it a try.

After working it over real good with my Jaccard tenderizer (That confirmed how tough it is) I marinated it in Italian salad dressing and a little garlic for two houre.

Oh well, here we go.

Very tasty even though slightly overcooked for me. Next time I will marinate it for 6-8 hours and cook a little less.

Looks perfectly cooked to me. Any rarer and it might have jumped off the plate when you cut into it.

Not an Eye Round Dave, much more flavor. It appears rarer than actual due to flash bounce back but very good in any event.
