Seasoned the beef ribs with Wolfe Rub Original.

Added a few Capitol City Half Smokes, very tasty!

Basted one rack with Tabasco Garlic Grilling Sauce, PDG stuff!

Lot's of sweet onion, spicy mustard FIRST.

Then piled on the kraut.....I had two of these, YUM!

With a full belly, I took my 'Little Nurse' Trick or Treating. She got 5.5lbs of candy!

Man-O-man Larry everything looks great, Question, after two fine lookin smokes with all the fixins, how did you find room for the ribs?
