Beef and summer squash!

Porterhouse were on the menu last night. I did a naked sear on each side at 700* then seasoned on the flips. We also had our first yellow squash of the season, simmered with sautee'd red onion, butter. salt, pepper and a little water I love it this way. Also the normal baked potatoes.

I thawed and grilled two, so there was a little left over. I'm alone tonight; hmm, that ribeye. Thawed a couple of buns (the only bread in the house). Sliced the steak thin, put it on the bun cold, topped with a little A-1 and Dusseldorf mustard. Ate leftover chips out of the bag. No plating required. Good stuff.
