We saw an ad for sbcb on sale and my Wife wanted some for her lunches and she also wanted steaks for dinner so off to the store I went. When I got there they also had a top sirloin roast and chicken quarters on sale I I couldn't resist on too so I bought them and decided to cook everything tonight. There was a sale on Bacardi Rum too so the pics might not be the best.

Beef roast that I took some whole cloves of garlic, whole black peppercorns and red pepper flakes and smashed into a paste in a mortar and pestle and cut slits in and inserted into the roast and seasoned with salt, pepper and granulated garlic and on the rotisserie.

The chicken quarters were split and I made my version of 40 cloves of garlic and chicken. Forgot to take a pic of it on the grill. This is an after pic of everyone trying a piece and what was left.

What was leftover. Planning on slicing the roast beef with my meat slicer tomorrow and slicing the chicken breasts for my Wife's salad for her lunches.
