BCS Burgers

I was going to grill burgers on Sunday but never got around to it so I cooked em up tonight while watching the BCS game. I grilled em on the Chaney with a few pieces of pecan to give em a little smoke flavor. I also made some hasselback potatoes in the oven.

My burger along with a hasselback. I had swiss cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato and bacon all on a nice big sesame bun.

Great looking burgers Toby. It looks like there's some bacon sticking out the side of the bun. Love that combo.
