BBQ Party

A guy contacted me a couple of weeks ago and asked if I would help him with a BBQ party. Well today was the day. We cooked up some ribs, chicken and I did up some garlic bread. Not too many pics but here are the ones I did take,

Fine job. Looks like those ribs was cooked just about perfect. Nice looking brown crust on the yard bird parts. Glad to see somebody out there who do not burn everything black with cheery wood like Larry and Pigs.
