Baked Kielbasa with ABT appetizer

My wife loves suasages, especially Kielbasa. So I grilled one with a little smoke added in prep for baking them. Threw on some ABT's for appetizers with apple rings for a side.

The photos SUCK because I changed settings. Ticked me off!!

I tried a couple of mild peppers as ABT's and they didn't have nearly the flavor impact as the jal's.

I substiuted Jimmy Dean's Suasage for pulled pork and it worked out very well IMO.

I'm not that big of a suasage fan but my wife liked it and the ABT's were very good.
