Bacon Mushroom Swiss Burgers and Homemade Mac N Cheese
Tonja's friends are in from N.C. and we needed to cook something simple and quick. They wanted burgers and the fixin's!

Bacon and Mac N Cheese......would have had more bacon but the dog ate it when I wasn't looking. He's blind, but can still smell!

Excellent job Larry! I stopped doing my bacon on the grill, it looses too much flavor when it doesn't sit in its own fat.
