Got this one from Big Bob Gibson's BBQ Book...Rubbed and Grilled Pork Loin with Apple Bourbon Barbecue Sauce (pg. 60)


Sauce ingredients.

Simmering away.

Loin rubbed, tied and ready.

On direct for 5 minutes a side, then indirect until an internal of 150 was reached...took about an hour.

Off. Brushed with the sauce for the last 10 degrees.

Wow. How spicy was it? Looks like you drained the whole pepper flakes shaker on that one. Been there myself. Just kidding, that looked about as good as it gets!
