An old standby

It’s not new or exciting but it’s an old standby….This might even be my execution request…except substitute fries for the baked tater…NY Strips, Asparagus in Bacon, taters with Blue cheese and Garlic Bread…not pictured was the cauliflower and cheese.

Please explain.

( Puff....It's from a movie called 2001: A Space Odyssey (196.

I don't think I have ever cooked a NY strip.

I need to think more outside the ribeye.

Looks real good Dave.
