My daughter and her boyfriend were coming over last night and they love ABT's, so I obliged.
Steak and chicken fajitas were on the menu as well. We has a sirloin already in the fridge, so that's what I used. I marinated both the chicken and steak in a small amount of Zesty Italian dressing as the base and added in a good amount of cumin, oregano, granulated garlic, granulated onion, chili powder, black pepper, kosher salt, cilantro, lime juice and cayenne until I got the flavor I wanted. I also marinated red, yellow and green peppers and red onion in the same mixture. I overcooked the steak as you can see, but other than that everything turned out good!
