A Lot of Chicken and Brats

I have been getting requests from family that they want some of my chicken. Its kind of embarrassing really, this is one of the simplest cooks I do and its the one family wants the most. Cooked indirect till 185*F internal. Cherry chips and a chunk of apple for smoke with the grill between 350-400*F dome temp


First batch, half seasoned with some lemon pepper and the other half seasoned with some Sylvia's Secret Seasoning.

Second batch on. Used the same seasonings on these too.

Added some pork and some sun dried tomato,mozzarella brats on too.

Some brussel sprouts done in a little oil with some S&P and then finished with some real butter on the wok.

Plated. Creamed spinach cooked on the stove. Spinach with some cream cheese,heavy cream, cheap Parmesan cheese and black pepper.

Hey Vermin sometimes simple can be great and that look pretty great to me, I can see why your family asks for it
 
That's a very nice bunch of cookin' there. Your family must know what they like!!
