Sunday night I grilled up some bone in piggy chops along with some sliced shrooms with butter and garlic wrapped in foil. I used an ancho & molasses sauce on the chops. Then last night I grilled up some strippers the wife found on sale, seasoned em with Wolf original and some Texas BBQ rub. We also steamed fresh beats and greens. The last pic is the boy grilling up some dawgs on Sunday for lunch and yes we used the gasser.
