70 Degrees & Pork Chops

Been a while since I posted a cook. Beautiful day here in Kentucky!
Cut some thick chops off a loin I got this week at the butcher's
Patted em down good with some Big Ron's Original, Fired up the Performer
& got down to business Fixed up some red beans & rice, some canned corn :roll:
& sliced some winter vine maters :roll: :roll:
Got the same ole crappy camera but the chops were mighty tasty

That's a fine looking meal my Bluz Brother. Kinda dissappointed there was no music and slide show to go along with this cook. It's been awhile. Spring's a comin, so I'm sure we'll be getting some in the future. Look forward to them.
