Haven't done any turkey wings on the pit. Have a question. Are they as greasy off the pit as they are if you do them in the oven.
Cooked these at 300 and a lot of fat rendered out. Skin sucked so I put them in a pan with some watered down sauce and covered with foil and popped them in hte oven for 30 minutes. They were fall apart tender. But the skin still sucks.
The fight ain't over until the winner says it is.
