Got around to cooking this nice 2 bone 5 lb rib roast this evening and from the get go I knew it was going to be good. I had just put it on to get a nice crust on all sides and it might have been on the Keg about 3-4 minutes when I decided to go and put the garbage out front. I see my next door neighbor doing the same and he asks me "Are you cooking something in the back?" What else can I say but yes? He says "Man!whatever it is it sure smells good! I was about to jump the fence".
I wasthen even more assured it was going to be good!

It's amazing that the things that you do the least amount to come out tasting so good. I rubbed this thing done with a really good olive oil,a goodbit of Kosher salt, fresh cracked black pepper and fresh chopped garlic.

To go along with this I did a hobo pocket of potatoes cubed with olive oil, fresh chopped garlic, parsley and butter double wrapped in a foil pocket on the grill on top of a diffeuser from my Primo Jr.

Then I warmed some butterd Italian bread with a lil parsley.(Alomost couldn't stop eating that)
