my version anyway.I used chicken leg quarters, they were on sale $0.48/lb. I split the leg and thighs apart and cut of the back bones

Thighs getting a quick sear and half of the garlic cloves warming up in some olive oil in a CI skillet


Seared the legs, added some Knox's Yummy Chicken Seasoning, added the other half of the garlic and let it go for about a hour and a half.

Cut up a French Baguette and toasted them on the grill


Plated. I made a sauce for the pasta using some of the olive oil from the skillet I cooked the chicken in, smashed some of the roasted garlic, and added some Parmesan cheese. Turned out really well.


Also made a pot of collard greens with some store bought turkey necks.
 
Dang..you a bad boy to be showing that to us poor old toothless seasoned citizens living on Cream O Wheat and black coffee. I only counted 32 cloves of garlic. Are you sure this is right? lol
