Thursday night I was messin around and made these....they were so
good I made em Friday night again.
Boneless skinless thighs....instead of italian for a marinade, I used
evoo and Scotts bbq sauce, a vinegar-pepper sauce.
For the sauce, I started with John Boy and Billy's, which is a hair to
sweet for me...so I mixed in Rev. Marvins Hot...that gave it a good
hot twang....and then to balance it a little big, I added Swamp Sauce
to get a little more tomato in there.
Turned out great!
