1 lb Filet Mignon

Rare, just like I like it
Sautéed Mushrooms
Grilled Pepper Shrimp
Sautéed Asparagus

Cooked on my Uniflame kettle grill with Kingsford Match Light and one small Pecan stick

Couldn't finish it all, gonna make a mean sandwich tomorrow

Happy Easter

I like to use Match Light on my kettle grill because I can pour it in and light it and now that I get an even burn down each time. I don't have to tend to it as much. On my Gatorpit - I use a chimney for the coals and cook with wood thereafter.

Yeah JB, I went to the butcher counter and they had cut 2 inch filets the were approx 1 lb from the whole tenderloin.

Glad yall liked the pic.
