Several years ago, when I made my first butt, it barked over pretty dark. The food looked burnt but wasn't. Since then I'm the Burnt Food Dude.

A friend of mine calls his team, "Barking Pig BBQ". His reasoning was that when he checked his pork butt he exclaimed, "That butt is barking." So he calls himself Barking Pig BBQ. I told him it would have been better to be Barking Butt BBQ. I thought it would be funnier. Some people have no sense of humor.
