1 large head of Garlic
1 tsp EVOO
2 tbls unsalted butter softened
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
------------------------------------------------

Remove loose papery outside skin of the garlic. Cut about 1/2" off the top to expose the cloves. Place on 8"square of aluminum foil and drizzle the olive oil over the top of the cloves. Fold up foil sides and seal to make a packet. Leave a little room for expansion of steam. Grill indirect medium heat for 30-45 mins or until cloves are soft. Remove and cool.
When cool, squeeze the garlic from the individual cloves into a small bowl. Using the back of a fork, mash them together with the remaining ingredientes. Refridge until ready to serve.
I put mine on toast and my steak tonight. This is a good one straight from Weber, if you haven't tried it before. :!: Whatcha waitin for :D
