Lots of cookies and stuff. Making a few batches for our Churches Valentines Dance next Saturday. Still have to make the biscotti this afternoon. All of these freeze extremely well.

This is an AWESOME recipe from Ina Garten (Barefoot contessa)
I just top them with some swirled white chocolate.
Here is the link to the recipe. It is worth the cost.

These are so simple. Just a great shortbread recipe for cookies and dredged in icing sugar.
1 cup salted butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 c flour
Mix well but don't overdo it. Bake at 300 for 30-35 minutes.
