Turn on the oven to bake at 350. In a large bowl empty both tubes of sausage, and sprinkle in about the same amount of Bisquick. This is all done by sight. If you prefer them a little more on the sausage side then simply use a little less of the Bisquick. Empty the entire bag of cheese.

Now knead all of the ingredients together until well meshed together. Lay out two large cookie sheets and spary with Pam.

Start rolling each ball between your hands, about half the size of a golf ball and lay them out on the cookie sheets making sure they don’t touch each other. Once they are all on the cookie sheets place in the oven for approximately 20 mins or until golden brown. Once out of the oven, place them on a large plate with paper towels to soak up some of the grease. One the grease has drained off a bit place in a bowl and watch them get devoured.
