Well this is Grandmas recipe what there is of it

Potato Dumplings

2 cups grated raw Potatoes
2 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
2 C Flour
1. Rinse potatoes in cold water, drain well, peel and Grate
2. Combine potatoes in large bowl with eggs, salt, and enough flour to make a stiff dough.
3. Using a wet spoon, drop Tablespoons of dough into boiling salted water.
4. Cook until dumplings float to top. Dumpling should be 1 1/2 in when done
* Add only enough flour to make a stiff dough you might not need all two cups……
You can also add other ingredients to your liking…garlic powder, onion powder ect..
To make egg noodles omit the potatoes and just add the flour and eggs…
I like to make the egg noodles and add chives to them and serve in chicken soup
