This is my kids favorite square. It is so easy and so simple and another one to throw into the freezer.

1 large bag of colored mini marshmallows + 1 cup white mini marshmallows.
1 bag semi sweet or milk chocolate chips.
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter or margarine

IN a large microwave safe bowl dump the chocolate chips the butter and the peanut butter. You don't need to mix. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes depending on your microwave, being careful not to scorch the chocolate.

Mix well until smooth.

Dump in marshmallows.

spread onto a large cookie sheet that has been covered in wax paper.

Put in fridge to cool.

Take them out and cut into squares.

****** At my house I only do this when the hubby and one of the kids are at school. I then hide them in the freezer behind the frozen red peppers. No one finds them then. This is the only way I have any around for Christmas.
