Easy and cheesy recipe that folks always seem to enjoy.

1) 32 oz bag of frozen "southern style hashbrown" potato
1) 16 oz sour cream
1) 10 3/4 oz Campbells potato soup
3/4 pound velveeta cut into 1" chunks
3/4 cup of melted butter
paprika- sprinkle on top of casserole

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl
Empty mixture into a glass casserole dish, for easy clean up
Sprinkle paprika over the top
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until top is brown

You can also use bread crumbs or something like crushed cornflakes as a topping. If velveeta grosses you out, use what you like.
Kids really like this recipe and I hope you do as well.
