3 tomatoes diced
1 - 3 fresh jalapeno peppers (or try habs for a thrill)
3 T diced onion
3 T fine chopped gr bell pepper
1 T fresh chopped cilantro or parsley (leaves only)
1/2 tsp salt
1 - 2 crushed garlic cloves
1 1/2 T cider vinegar
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp sugar

I do tomatoes, peppers, onion in a food processor and let in drain in a colinder in the sink a few hours.

After draining, mix the rest in. Best used within a couple of days.

Jim,

You look remarkably like Winston Churchill, has anyone ever told you that before? :mcoffee:

Never have so many smoked so much, for so few.

My favorite Churchill quote, a response to a lady who told he he was drunk. "I am. And you are ugly. But in the morning I shall be sober."
