Invented this one last night:

Cookie sheet with frozen French Fries...bake for 15 minuets or so unitl they have defrosted and are "wet looking"...sprinkle Fatz's PigPowder liberally on both sides and then complete the cook.

They end up having a nice ZING at the end and a wonderful flavor as well!! This stuff is great on everything!! :D
 
hmmm...been staving off ordering this stuff. I'm not a big cumin fan, and most Tex stuff seems to use this as a baste. Could you describe the flavor? Sorry if this has been describe before, but unless you provide a link, I'm not looking! :evil:
 
Actually, I want to know who's paying my credit card bill! I think I spend more on spices, sauces, and gadgets than I do on food!
