I'm all for real easy recipes. So here is the easiest, and possibly the best chocolate pie you will ever eat.

Ingredients:

1 Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix, (other brands will work also).

1 Keebler's graham cracker crumb crust, the one that says plus 2 servings.

Prepare the brownie mix as directed. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 36 minutes.

This is best cooked on an "air bake" pan so as not to burn the crust. If you don't have an air bake pan then arrange four table knives on a baking sheet and put the Keebler foil pan crust on the knives. Keeping as much direct rising heat off of the bottom of the foil pan helps. After all, this crust is ready to eat as is.

This recipe can also be done with a traditional pie crust. I have used the frozen ones and they turned out great!

Basically this under cooked brownie mix makes a great pie. It cooks plenty long enough to make the eggs safe.

Let it "rest" for at least an hour or so or it will run when you cut it. Enjoy!

I refrigerate mine if there is any left from first serving it. It is great cold!
