Bell Peppers

i did these this past weekend and they were good . can be done with anything ya like . [smilie=rlp_smilie_242.gif]

slice the bells in 1/2 and clean them out .

then i put a mixture of chopped shrimp cream cheese and some Tonys on a plate and mixed it up .

then just put the mixture into your 1/2 sliced pepper then put on the grill like ya would do the ABT's .

like i said you can put what ever ya want into them and they will be good tooo BOY!

Try busting some Boudan out of the cases and packing that in there sometime...whew. Thats good eats. Dust it liberal with red peppa and dont forget to wrap it up with bacon.
