Senior Cook
This is a recipe for Teriyaki Sauce taken from Scotty DaQ's Mom's recipe book.
Wouldn't work well for an extended cook, but does pork chops on a grill proud.
1/4 cup Salad oil .............. 1 Tablespoon vinegar
1/4 cup Soy sauce ............ 1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons catsup ....... 2 cloves garlic diced
Mix all ingredients and pour over meat. Let stand for 1-2 hours minimum
(up to 2 days)
