I dug up this recipe for a friend of mine and thought you all would like to have it as well.

2 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 Cups Soy
1 Tablespoon Sesame oil, I like toasted sesame oil
1 cup sugar
3 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 Tablespoons fresh minced ginger
1 cup thinly sliced green onion, I have used yellow onion as well or none at all

Put every think in a pot and bring to a light boil until sugar dissolves. Bottle and cool.

I have also made this spicy by adding cayenne.

Enjoy!
Bryan
