I usually make 2 gallons at a time but here is the cut down version.

1 gallon cheap-o BBQ sauce (I use KC Masterpiece)
1 bottle Worchester Sauce
1 bottle Pick-a-Pepper Sauce
1 bottle Cholula Hot Sauce
1/2 bottle Kikkoman's Teriyaki Sauce (not marinade)
1 bottle smoke flavoring (your pick)
3 cups Brown sugar
2 cups TexasRub
1 finely chopped sweet onion
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 small can pinapple juice
1 glass of wine (your pick, I put wine in everything)

Put everything in a big pot. Bring just to low boil stirring constantly, and then simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
