I was playing around this past weekend with some leftover pulled pork and came up with this decent, different & easy sauce:

Full fat 1000 Island dressing (Kraft brand used here)
Worcestershire, to taste
Habanero Sauce, to taste

That's it. How easy is that?

Shawn, sometimes simply is better. We're doing a perty for my sister in 2 weeks and I was gonna do pulled pork. I'm gonna have different sauces on the side and I'm gonna do this one also. Thanks for the post.

All right ... thanks guys.

It was indeed created out of necessity. I ran out of vinegar sauce and I thought 'hey, 1000 Island is sweet & vinegary ... why not?'

First I tried it in a sandwich, then I was dipping then I was licking the bowl :)

Sorry if that was too much info.

hey man, I want to hear all your ideas. I may not try them all, but if I only try what I like, I won't learn much.

Now McDonalds has made a buck or two putting thousand island on hamburgers, so who's to say?
