WSM - has anybody tried...
instead of using sand in the pan, just setting the small, shallow Weber pan atop a Brinkmann pan? That should keep the Weber pan cool enough to avoid having the grease flame up. I guess I should see if the two pans will actually fit together, before asking, but as I'm supposed to be working right now, it would be hard to explain why I had to run down to my garage...
