Would you want to own a BBQ joint?
Here is a question.
Would you ever want to own your own BBQ restaurant?
If so what would you do to make your place different from the others?

well my answer is pretty obvious. I think many of us have dreamed of
doing it. Of course, hard work would have to be something you love.
I would enjoy the sense of accomplishment. You're not gonna rich
opening a small q joint.

I would like to own one a little closer to my retirement. It would be a 11 - 7 operation for lunch and early dinners. I would also keep catering out of it as well. As far as different, I'd have good Q. That is a rare thing around here.

I'd open a small BBQ place with a bar and adult video booths attached. BBQ, booze, and porn...a sure hit.
