Saw a video on Youtube where a guy made some ravioli using wonton wrappers and decided to give it a try.

Made a filling the same way except I used some turkey I found in the freezer. Filling was made with some finely chopped turkey, some smoked almonds I ground up in my coffee grinder and some cream cheese.

Using wontons added about a tablespoon of filling wet the edges of the wonton with some water added another wonton wrapper and crimped the edges with a fork.

Boiled the ravioli for about 5 minutes and made a cream sauce with butter, garlic, heavy whipping cream, chicken stock, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, thyme, FGBP, and some Rooster Booster.

Plated

The ravioli and sauce tasted great but the wontons had a gummy texture to them. Maybe steaming them would be better or better yet invest in a pasta roller.
