Any time is good for me except July 10-16, I'll be in Gatlinburg for my daughter's dance competition.
I went to Gatlinburg once in the fall! Very beautiful place!

I've been there twice, too touristy for me; traffic sucks; hotel rooms are outrageous. Nice country around there though. I can't wait.

Somebody beat me to it, but...

"In an old saloon on a street of mud,
There at the table, dealing stud
Was the dirty, mangy dog that named me Sue."

(from memory, so cut me some slack)

"I knew that snake was my own sweet dad
From a worn-out picture my mother had,
I knew that scar on his cheek and his evil eye.

He was big, and mean, and gray, and old,
He looked at me and my blood ran cold
And I said, "My name is Sue... how do you do?
Now you gonna die!"
