Hi All - love to hear what other folks are eating on thanksgiving. We are pretty non-traditional when it comes to food so about every 5th thanksgiving we eat..turkey. Thankfully this ain't that year so today I'm about to head into the kitchen to prep/cook the following:

Picked up some nice chicken "tenders" and I'm going to flour them up with some salt and pepper (black, white, and cayenne) and fry them.

Doing some chicken wings - I was going to smoke them and it sure is a beautiful day here but I think I'm going to "Alton Brown" them and finish on the grill.

Yesterday I got some sausage in the mail from Snow's and some from Nueske's so I'm going to pick one to sample.

Stuffing - cornbread style

Some scratch steak house yeast rolls

Some lima beans with hocks

A 12 pack of Sam Adams

Hopefully watch the Cowboys get their a** kicked by the redskins

I smoked 58 turkeys and all the fixins' today.
Now.....I am marinating my liver in Bud Light......
Happy Thanksgiving! Looked like a great menu!

I only had two things on my list.

1. Cook Turkeys for guests.
2. Survive Thanksgiving Weekend!!!!! It's brutal at my house.

We got our Christmas Tree set up (family tradition) Now I have to go get my train and set it up. The Scroogomatic!!! LOL!
