Well for Christmas eve I'm doing shrimp bisque and a standing rib roast with mashed taters and corn. Christmas day it's gonna be honey baked ham, fresh kielbasa (homemade), some type of pasta dish my mother will bring and plenty of sides that everybody else will be bringing. I'm told I have about 25 family members coming over!

My Dad just sent me a gift box of John Henry Rubs, Cherry Chipotle, Hickory, and a "Texas Sized" Pecan rub! Good stuff man. He also sent somw "Snider's Prime Rib Rub" . Never heard of it , but it tastes good!
