What time is best...
To watch the BBQ Central TV Show...
Currently I am airing at 1pm EST...what time would get more viewers? Please post your answer below!!

I think the time is fine. This forum has people from all over and with all types of backgrounds and working situations. I think if people really want to watch they just need to know when and that if they can't they can watch the recording.
Maybe you need to have a section that just gives info about the show. When it aires live, who is going to talk and a link directly to it.
You can never make it to easy, simple or quick.

There is no "best" time. Air it when you want to, those who care and want to watch will, when they get the chance, those who don't, won't.
