I have two top rounds marinating in: lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, sesame oil, sugar.
They will be grilled and sliced thinly. Then placed over:
Rice vermicelli noodles tossed with cilantro, basil and mint.
Then a sauce of lime juice, sugar a little water and chopped serano (can't get green thai chilis) will be spooned over them along with toasted rice powder.
Been doing some serious engine modification work last night/today. Had the intake manifold exposed and needed to call in some experienced help. "The help's" wife wanted to eat thai.
Looks like we all win.
