I got my offset rig last year, but a extraordinarily wet summer and fall conspired to deny me bbq! I hope to make up for lost time this year. I had intended to season my rig this weekend, but yardwork got in the way.

My favorite stuff to cook is pork, but I do love brisket (although I'm a bit spooked to try it myself) and chicken. My wife is a vegetarian, so most of my cooks last year were experiments in veggie-que!
